The Village Christian Preschool and Childcare Center is a ministry of The Village Church. The mission of this ministry is to provide a Christ-centered atmosphere with opportunities for children to develop age appropriate skills in areas of Christian knowledge and values, social interaction, math, reading, language, writing, science, and large and small motor skills. Our teachers are “Jesus with skin on” for the children. They have a genuine love for Christ and for the children. We are a fully licensed preschool and childcare center. Our teachers are fully background checked and are also licensed.  This program is available for children between two and five years of age. Program hours are Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Full day and half day classes are offered.  For more information, please contact Cindy Liggett, our Preschool Director, at (775) 831-1184. What is Good News Club?
Good News Club is a non-denominational Child Evangelism Fellowship Bible club for Kindergarten-5th grade that shares the gospel with children and the love of Jesus. Bible lessons are taught on a five year rotation covering the most familiar Bible stories from both the Old and New Testament. It has been said that a child who completes this five year program knows more about the Bible than many adults! “God’s Word does not return void.” We can count on this promise that the truths that these children learn at Good News Club will benefit them greatly throughout their lives!
